The ITSVA Winter Meeting provides a casual setting where private sector companies, academia, the ITSVA Board members and VDOT officials can engage and discuss the information presented at the Information Exchange, or simply connect with friends and colleagues.

The Winter Meeting will highlight hot topics in the industry with premier speakers and sponsors at both the ITSVA educational session and the networking reception. This is a ticketed event. We will no longer have exhibit tables, but you will still have an opportunity to converse and meet industry professionals. Delegates and senators will be invited to the reception, as well, providing interactions from lawmakers with our industry to promote support in transportation technology and funding.
